If the recipient does not receive mail at the shipping address provided, the package will be returned to us and you will need to purchase a new item, with the corrected mailing address. All previous packaging, including the tree, will then be recycled, as it cannot be reshipped.

If you're planning to put up your fresh tree early, we recommend the Fraser Fir. They have a fragrant aroma, although not as strong as a balsam.
These 8 to 9 foot, fresh cut Fraser Firs are the largest we can ship. To help ensure proper needle retention and freshness, we'll include tree care instructions. With proper care, these trees can last up to a month, so it is important that you follow the care instructions provided, so that you can extend your enjoyment of these natural beauties.
Because of their sheer size, these are thirsty trees that can take on more than a gallon of water per day; therefore we recommend an extra large Cinco stand. We also include a free tree removal bag.
An 8 to 9 foot premium Fraser fir will be 8 to 9.5 feet from cut to tip of the leader and will weigh approximately 70 pounds. We will ship it in heavy-duty, wax lined, telescoping 104" x 14" x 14" box. Because of the size and weight, FedEx will charge an additional fee for shipping, so the shipping costs may be $110 or more per tree.
Your tree will be cut as close to the ship date as possible, to help ensure longevity. Each tree also receives a final quality inspection, prior to being boxed for shipment. We ship only the highest quality of trees.
