To ensure satisfaction, you will simply be required to follow a few basic instructions for handling and care, which we will provide. Seed Favors: We start with top quality seeds and bulbs, which have been inspected and tested for purity and viability. Because these are natural products, no two are exactly alike. These perishable products must be stored and handled properly. To ensure complete satisfaction, please review all information thoroughly before ordering, and follow any care and/or planting instructions provided. All sales are final. Please take note of the process for documenting product which is damaged during shipment. Tree Seedlings: When you receive your seedlings, please take a few moments to inspect them. We only ship healthy, quality seedlings and take care in packaging, to help ensure their survival with proper care. Planting and care instructions will arrive with your order; however, it is important to note that your seedlings should be stored in a cool, dry area. If your seedling favors require assembly, it is recommended that you plan to do so no sooner than approximately 3 to 5 days prior to the event, unless you have chosen to pot them. All sales are final. Please take note of the process for documenting product which is damaged during shipment. Customization: Your invoice will include the custom message you requested with your order. It is critical that you review this information for accuracy. If there are any changes or corrections to the information, you must notify us at this time, as there are no refunds on these custom items. Your order is not processed until payment is received so, it is important to proofread and verify your information prior to making the payment. There are no refunds for custom items. If the order has begun the processing stage, but has not been completed, order cancellation may result in a cancellation fee of $50. Again, please note that an order doesn't begin processing until after payment has been received. All sales are final. Please take note of the process for documenting product which is damaged during shipment. Although this extremely rare, upon receipt of your order, if there is any damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery slip and have the courier initial/verify it. Digital photographs are also helpful. Then, upon inspection of your order, should you have any concerns, please Contact Us immediately. If the courier damaged the product during the shipping process, we will need this verification of damage, in order to place a claim with the courier or shipping company.
