Our Shipping/Delivery Policy is designed for your protection. We want to ensure that you receive your products at the optimal time and in excellent condition. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to Contact Us, and we'll be happy to assist you. For your protection against fraudulent transactions, we do not ship to addresses that do not match your billing address. The only exception is our Gift Boxed Trees & Bushes. When ordering the Gift Boxed Trees and Bushes, it is very important that you provide a valid mailing address. If the recipient does not receive mail at the shipping address provided, the package will be returned to us and you will need to purchase a new item, with the corrected mailing address. All previous packaging, including the tree, will then be recycled, as it cannot be reshipped. Shipping rates will vary, depending on the order size, the product type, the variations, and the destination. To ensure that you are only paying the actual cost for shipping and handling, we verify those costs before invoicing you for your order. Again, the exception would be our Gift Boxed Trees and Bushes, which have free shipping As a general rule, we require 4 weeks lead time, in order to guarantee on time delivery; however, we do try to accommodate last minute orders, as long as we can guarantee the shipment will arrive in time for the event. Please feel free to Contact Us, regarding orders requiring a quick turnaround. Again, The only exception is our Gift Boxed Trees & Bushes, as these can typically be delivered within 3 to 4 days. Trees are normally shipped via postal courier, such as FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. You should receive your trees 5 days to 1 week before your event. Even if you order months in advance, we time it so that your order will arrive at the appropriate time, which we can coordinate with you. For orders of 2500 units or more, we may enlist the services of a freight shipping company, in order to provide you with the most economical and efficient means of shipping. Please note that orders will not be left at the shipping address, if no adult is there to sign for them and receive them. This is for your protection. We want to ensure that we can properly track your order and confirm that it was received in excellent condition; therefore, if you notice any damage to the packaging, please ensure that you make note of it on the courier slip and have the courier initial or verify it. Important Note: Because we are dealing with perishable products, if there is a delivery exception, due to the recipient not being available, or an adult not present to sign for the order, we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage, due to this delayed delivery. All correspondence is with the purchaser and will be via the email address provided by the purchaser in the order, as we require written documentation. In the event of a delivery exception, that is the person to whom we will forward the delivery exception information. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that an adult is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address designated in the order. |
